If you ascend into a Pathfinder: Poisonous Concoction is the clear front runner (uses flasks as weapons) in terms of theme and overall build efficacy+ease, but if you’re willing to tolerate a bow and arrow character while maintaining the poison theme toxic rain and/or caustic arrow are also great.
